The Paint the Town crew with Southern Indiana Center for the Arts will be at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery on Dec. 15 offering a fun acrylic painting.

“My Team” will allow participants to choose their favorite basketball or football jersey colors, player name and number.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown Seymour restaurant at 114 St. Louis Ave.

“This is a neat painting for someone to do for a sports fan in their family. A grandparent could paint it for a grandchild or you could just paint it for yourself,” instructor Stephanie Mysak said.

The cost is $32, which includes all supplies and instructions. Participants must preregister and prepay by 5 p.m. Tuesday to ensure organizers have the right team colors and logos. Drinks and food will be available to purchase.

Paint the Town is a social painting group class where no prior experience or talent is required.
