“Through practice, hard work, and mental preparation.”

“I minimized my mistakes, kept my feet moving and protected my legs really well.”

Do you do anything special to prepare?

“I get in a mental mindset that increases my intensity and lowers my anxiety about the match. I also keep outside distraction away such as phones or other people.”
