Steven Micheal Plantz, 50, of Seymour, died Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, of a heart attack at his home.

Survivors include Cornelius (Arianna), Haidyn and Cameron Plessinger, Nick (Alisha), Eli Plantz, Dillon and Kenneth Eaton and Steva Plantz.

Cremation will be performed.

A celebration of life will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at 512 Hannahs Ct. in Seymour.
