NORTH VERNON

Teresa Ann Mefford Frazee, 44, of North Vernon, died at 6:10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, at King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison.

Survivors include her fiancée, Rusty Wells of Dupont; sons, Ryan Meadows and Tyler Meadows, both of Burney; parents, Phillip Mefford of Madison and Sandy (Greg) Guthrie of North Vernon; brothers, Devan Spicer of North Vernon and Brandon Mefford of Madison; and a sister, Stacey (Jonathan) Mann of Greensburg.

The funeral service will be at noon Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Madison.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday.

Memorials may be made to the funeral home for expenses.
