Michael David Tharp of Sulphur and Staci DeAnn Cross of Brownstown plan to marry at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, at Brownstown Christian Church. A reception will follow at WR Ewing.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Gloria Cross of Brownstown, while the future groom is the son of Joseph Tharp of Frankfort and Darlene (Cob) Summers of Salem.

She is a graduate of Brownstown Central High School and Ivy Tech Community College and employed as a secretary at Voss Funeral Service and a tax professional at H&R Block.

Michael is a graduate of Arthur Campbell High School and is employed as a trailer mechanic at Wheatley Truck Service.
