An eight-week program for those working through the seasons of grief will begin Jan. 16 at Central Christian Church, 1434 W. Second St., Seymour.

Pastor Jon Carlstrom will lead the program entitled “Beyond the Broken Heart,” which will meet at 3 p.m. for eight Mondays in the church library.

This class will help those who grieve to understand the grief that is caused by the death of a loved one.
