The Brownstown District School Building Corp. board of directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Brownstown Elementary School, 612 S. Base Road.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the form of lease agreement to be entered into between the corporation and Brownstown Central Community School Corp.

Then at 7:30 p.m., during the school board’s regular monthly meeting, trustees will consider resolutions approving the building corporation and the form of lease. They also will consider approval for Ice Miller LLP to serve as bond counsel and Damian Maggos of George K. Baum and Company to be bond underwriters for this year’s building project.

Both meetings are open to the public.
