Tigers fall short, drop fourth straight

NASHVILLE

The Tigers (10-6) fell to Brown County 63-62 after giving up a basket with 3 seconds left in the game.

CHS got a shot off through contact with 2 seconds left, but a foul wasn’t called and the shot didn’t go in.

In the first quarter, the Tigers grabbed to a 22-17 lead before going up 33-30 at halftime.

The were outscored 15-9 in the third quarter but outscored the Eagles 20-18 in the final 8 minutes.

Katrina Christian led the Tigers with 19 points and 10 rebounds and Piper Hensley added 18 points on five 3-pointers and three free throws.
