Masterpiece Makers, an art program for children ages 3 to 5, is at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

A second program will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22.

Participants will strengthen fine motor skills using various mediums and experience new art and techniques while gaining kindergarten readiness skills, such as paper cutting, painting and pasting. Children will be taught on an individual level and working together as a group.

Registration is required.
