Amy Lynn Tippin, 45, of Jackson County, died at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Born Sept. 2, 1971, in Hannibal, Missouri, she was the daughter of Morris I. Tippin and Nancy Sanders Tippin, who together live in Medora.
Amy was of the Christian faith. She was a home health aide, a certified nursing assistant and a huge animal lover. She enjoyed music by playing the trumpet and singing karaoke, and she especially loved “the ’80’s.”
Other survivors include three daughters, Lauren Elizabeth Crowl of Canton, Missouri, and Brenna Michelle Riley and Jessica Lynn Riley both of Crothersville; a brother, Brent (Donna) Tippen of Pleasant Plains, Illinois; three grandchildren, Landon, Maya and Mila Crowl; and a niece, Aubrey Tippin.
Burial will be in Rice Covenanter Cemetery in Washington County.
Johnson Funeral Home in Vallonia handled the arrangements.
