Two local students were named to the dean’s list at the University of Evansville for the fall semester.

They are Kourtney Pottschmidt of Seymour, who is majoring in elementary education, and Laura Rommel of Brownstown, who is majoring in nursing.

To be named to the dean’s list, students must attain a semester 3.5 grade-point average or higher.
