The Jackson County Public Library will offer Creative Connection, an arts and crafts program for adults and teens 14 and over, at 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Seymour library, 303 W. Second St.

Led by skilled artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will create a string art heart. Registration is required at the Seymour Library circulation desk with a $4 payment for supplies by Feb. 6. There is a minimum of three and a maximum of 20 attendees. A sample may be viewed at the library’s information desk.
