COLUMBUS

Crystal Imogene Hostetler Snell Dick, 69, of Columbus, formerly of New Washington, Madison and Seymour, died at 1:21 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at Columbus Regional Health.

Survivors include her daughter, Tina Snell (Dennis) Fox of Columbus; three grandchildren; a stepgrandson; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and brothers, Darrell (Jane) Hostetler of New Washington and Elmer Hostetler of Salem.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Interment will be at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.

Visitation will be noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Stroke Association or the American Lung Association.
