Kimberly Dawn Tyree-Johnson, 44, of Seymour, died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at her home.

Survivors include her mother, Patricia Tyree of Seymour; father, Rick (Janet) Tyree of Norwich, Connecticut; daughters, Kayla Tyree of Seymour, Tamisha Tryee-Jones of Madison, Serenity Johnson of Austin and Kymber Johnson of Sellersburg; siblings, Tammy Tyree-Wilson and Shannon Tyree of Indianapolis and Jason Tyree of Austin; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until time of service Monday.
