Eulah Fay Sherfick, 84, of Brownstown passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at White River Lodge in Bedford.

Born Jan. 7, 1933, in Nitro, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Orville and Cledie Lewis McLaughlin, both of whom preceded her in death.

Eulah was retired, having worked at the Medora plastics factory and Spartans. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening and spending time with family.

Survivors include her daughters, Connie Sue White and EvonneDe Lewis, both of Brownstown, ElonneDe Milligan of Medora and Carol (Norman) Babbs of Brownstown; grandchildren, Amy Dawn (Robin) Cornett, Valerie Ann (Jason) McClanahan, Jacqueline (Jeremy) Gibson, Justin Lewis, Joseph Kidd and John (Kimberly) Kidd; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Wanda (Jim) Fischer and Sharon Brewer, both of Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene McLaughlin, Jimmy McLaughlin, Carl McLaughlin and Ruth Kersey; and a great-grandson, Colin Dean Cornett.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour.
