NORTH VERNON

Gladys L. Hewitt, 88, of North Vernon died at 10:35 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Survivors include her companion, Jim Thomas of North Vernon.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. today at Vernon Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Penegar officiating.

Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service in North Vernon handled the arrangements.
