Lisa Dawn Guffey, 37, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at home.

Born July 26, 1979, in Seymour, she was the daughter of James Guffey and Patricia Taylor Guffey, both of whom survive.

She was a wonderful aunt to her nephew, Jacob, and niece, Emily. She had worked for many years at Lexmark Distribution Center in Seymour.

Besides her parents and her nephew and niece, Lisa will be greatly missed by a brother, James W. Guffey; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Gary Dyer officiating. A graveside service will be at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from noon until time of service Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or donor’s choice of charity.
