CROTHERSVILLE

Terry Ann Couch, 59, of Crothersville passed away at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017, at her mother’s home.

Born July 29, 1957, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Eveline Douglas Hensley, who survives in Crothersville, and Roy Hensley, who preceded her in death May 2, 1992.

Terry was a Christian and was baptized Oct. 29, 2016, at Tampico Christian Church. She was a former employee at Valeo Sylvania and Walmart Supercenter in Scottsburg. Terry enjoyed spending time with her grandsons, family and friends.

Others survivors include her two sons, Michael (Christa) Deaton and Rowdy Deaton; two grandsons, Hunter Deaton and Dakota Deaton; and a brother, Mark D. (Rachelle) Hensley, all of Crothersville.

The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville with Pastor Randy King officiating. Burial will be at Uniontown Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until time of service.

Memorials may be given to Uniontown Cemetery.
