NORTH VERNON

Marian Lee Bishop, 90, of North Vernon, died at 2:35 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Lutheran Community Home in Seymour.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Lucille Ent of North Vernon and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Flora Johnson; husband, Leon Bishop; brother, David D. Johnson; sister, Alma Jane Simmons and three nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Dan Denny officiating. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery in Westport.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Christ Way Christian Church or North Vernon Senior Center.
