Seymour Parks and Recreation Department/1390 WZZB/92.7 Nash Icon WXKU’s annual Easter egg hunt at Gaiser Park, 300 S. Park Drive, Seymour; Easter bunny arrives at 9:30 a.m. Saturday; hunt begins at 10 a.m.; four age groups from infant to 12 years old. Information: 812-522-8796.

White’s Chapel United Methodist Church’s Easter egg hunt for children with disabilities at the Emerson Elementary School playground, 500 Emerson Drive, Seymour; 10 a.m. Saturday; children ages 3 to 11 with physical and developmental disabilities and special diets; two hunts will be at the same time — one for children with disabilities and the other for their siblings; children may bring their own basket, but bags will be provided by the church; the area is fenced, and adult supervision will be provided. Seymour First Baptist Church’s Easter egg hunt at the church, 505 Community Drive, Seymour; 10 a.m. Saturday; thousands of candy-filled eggs; bring your own basket; Easter bunny will be available for pictures; lots of golden egg prizes; one iPad mini will be awarded; free refreshments; bouncy house for kids to enjoy; free gift for every child; toddlers through fifth grade. Reddington Christian Church’s Easter egg hunt at the church, 10516 U.S. 31 North, Reddington; 10 a.m. Saturday; children in preschool and elementary school; children must be accompanied by an adult; prizes and refreshments; pictures with the Easter bunny; the real story of Easter will be shared; rain or shine.

Medora Masonic Lodge 328’s Easter egg hunt and fish fry at the lodge, 95 N. Jackson St., Medora; fish fry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday; egg hunt at noon; age groups are preschool, kindergarten through third grade and fourth through sixth grade.

Jackson Masonic Lodge 146’s annual Easter egg hunt, bake sale and open house at the lodge, 1818 N. Ewing St., Seymour; egg hunts at 10 a.m. and noon Saturday; bake sale, sponsored by Seymour Chapter 134 Order of the Eastern Star, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; open house from 10 a.m. until afternoon; free hot dogs, chips, cookies and other refreshments in the dining hall; all events open to the public and Masonic families. Rose Acre Farms’ community egg hunt and family fun day at the facility’s office, 6874 N. Base Road, Seymour; noon to 4 p.m. Saturday; egg hunt times are ages newborn to 3, 2 p.m., ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 13, 4 p.m.; games, petting zoo, inflatables, refreshments, community information booths, silent auction, barbecue and hot dogs from FFA starting at noon; balloon twisting and magic show at 1 p.m.; egg decorating contest and baking contest judging at 2:30 p.m.; essay awards presented at 3 p.m.; balloon launch at 3:30 p.m.; silent auction, games and inflatables close at 4 p.m.; bring at least two nonperishable food items to be donated to Anchor House Family Assistance Center and Food Pantry and be entered into a drawing for gift cards. The Tabernacle’s 14th annual Spring Blast, hosted by Kidz R.O.C.K. ministry team, at 5707 N. Sandy Creek Drive, Seymour; noon to 2 p.m. Saturday; Easter egg hunt will be divided into age groups; bring your own basket; bouncy house; basketball shoot; carnival games; jump rope contest; door prizes; free refreshments. Peace Lutheran Church’s Resurrection Run Family Fun Run will begin at the Seymour City Cemetery near Shields Avenue; registration at 7 a.m., worship in the cemetery at 7:15 a.m. and fun run/walk at 8 a.m. Sunday; participants may collect eggs along the route and then head over to the church’s fellowship hall at 330 W. Tipton St., Seymour, for a complete breakfast; celebration worship will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary; no cost to attend the event, but freewill donations will be accepted.
