White’s Chapel United Methodist Church’s Easter egg hunt for children with disabilities at the Emerson Elementary School playground, 500 Emerson Drive, Seymour; 10 a.m. Saturday; children ages 3 to 11 with physical and developmental disabilities and special diets; two hunts will be at the same time — one for children with disabilities and the other for their siblings; children may bring their own basket, but bags will be provided by the church; the area is fenced, and adult supervision will be provided. Medora Masonic Lodge 328’s Easter egg hunt and fish fry at the lodge, 95 N. Jackson St., Medora; fish fry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday; egg hunt at noon; age groups are preschool, kindergarten through third grade and fourth through sixth grade.
Jackson Masonic Lodge 146’s annual Easter egg hunt, bake sale and open house at the lodge, 1818 N. Peace Lutheran Church’s Resurrection Run Family Fun Run will begin at the Seymour City Cemetery near Shields Avenue; registration at 7 a.m., worship in the cemetery at 7:15 a.m. and fun run/walk at 8 a.m. Sunday; participants may collect eggs along the route and then head over to the church’s fellowship hall at 330 W. Tipton St., Seymour, for a complete breakfast; celebration worship will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary; no cost to attend the event, but freewill donations will be accepted.
