Betty Joyce Pond, 78, of Deputy, died at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Hildegard House in Louisville, Kentucky.

Survivors include her sister, Shirley (Henry) Richey of Deputy.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Rev. Skip Napier officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.

Memorials may be made to Coffee Creek Baptist Church, Lancaster Baptist Church or Hildegard House through the funeral home.
