COLUMBUS

Gerald Lynn Leffler, 62, of Columbus, formerly of Butlerville, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus.

Survivors include his caregiver, Judy (Tom) Chilton of Madison; case manager, Marie Aguayo; regional manager, Jeff Combest; and the rest of the Archer Home Services staff.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Muscatatuck Cemetery in Butlerville, with the Rev. W. Sherman Beville officiating.

Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon handled arrangements.
