The Jackson County Democratic Party’s annual Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner is set for April 28 at The Pines Evergreen Room south of Seymour.

A reception will be at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.

The keynote speaker will be Rep. Scott Pelath, the Indiana House Democrat leader.

The cost is $50 for a couple and $25 for one person. There also will be a drawing for prizes during the event.
