HANOVER

Carson Raymond James Collett, 4, of Hanover died at 11 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2017, in Butlerville.

Survivors include his parents, Joshua Collett of Butlerville and Ashley Collett of Hanover; grandparents, Michelle (Lance) Rutherford and Kenneth Collett, all of Butlerville, Dennis Miller of Madison and Lucy Fording of Austin; and great-grandparents, Jamie and Lois Hatton of Butlerville and Cammie Mitchell of Salyersville, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Carter Collett.

A memorial service will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shelter of the Sheep Church, 2020 E. State Road 256 in Scott County.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service at the church.

Memorials may be made for funeral expenses.
