New Life Missionary Baptist Church is hosting First Responder Appreciation Day from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the church, 709 W. Bridge St., Brownstown.

There will be firetrucks, police cars and other emergency equipment.

A free meal will be provided from 2 to 6 p.m.

Music will be performed by the groups Driven and Anchored, and Gospel Illusionist Ken Sibley will perform.

Other features of the event include bounce houses for children and an Indiana Blood Center blood drive.

The free event is open to everyone.
