The Loyal Devoir Society of Central Christian Church in Seymour met April 25.
President Paula Stafford welcomed 14 members to the meeting. She thanked Group 4 for the table decorations on the Easter theme and for refreshments.
Wanda Gray gave devotions on cleaning the houses that we live in and most important cleaning our spiritual houses. She closed with a prayer.
Betty Guinn reported on the treasury. She read thank-you notes for memorials to the church.
Gray gave flowers to Linda Rumph and Brenda Goss when they were in the hospital.
Bonnie Koontz is planning a sale May 7. She would like help.
Dick Elmore, Goss, Rumph and Helen Horton have health issues.
Under old business, Stafford reminded the group of the bake sale at 3 p.m. May 10.
Lois Gueter presented the menu for the Delta Kappa Gamma dinner at 6 p.m. May 16. Plans were finalized for the dinner.
A discussion was conducted on the need for extra big forks, small spoons and tablecloths for the kitchen.
Guinn and Carolyn Bruce volunteered to clean the closet and see what is needed.
The meeting closed with the Mizpah Benediction.
