First Baptist Church in Brownstown will host its annual mother-daughter gathering at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the fellowship hall.

Attendees are asked to bring their favorite salad. Drinks will be provided. There will be a guest speaker who will talk about joy in the lives of all.

The public, especially those with ties to the church over the years, is invited. The gathering is sponsored by the Leona Missionary Circle.

The church is at 1095 S. State Road 135.
