Officers investigating a report of an intoxicated person in the 600 block of East Buckeye Street found a man and took him to the emergency room of St. Vincent Jennings Hospital, 301 Henry St., 1:37 p.m. Wednesday. The man left the hospital without being released and was found in the 400 block of North Elm Street and arrested for public intoxication.
