Free summer camps for middle school students will be conducted in June and July by Ivy Tech Community College.

The Fast Pass Summer Camps will introduce students to career opportunities in the fields of advanced manufacturing, health care and logistics. It also will provide hands-on experience and workforce readiness skills to help them prepare for the future.

Students in Jackson and Jennings counties are invited to attend. The dates and times are as follows:

Jackson: Noon to 5 p.m. July 10 through 12 at the Jackson County Learning Center, 323 Dupont Drive, Seymour

Jennings: Noon to 5 p.m. June 5 through 7 at the Education and Training Center, 1200 W. O&M Ave., North Vernon.

Lunch will be provided daily.
