The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the Seymour hospital, 411 W. Tipton St.

The purpose of the session, closed to the public and press, is to discuss strategy related to the purchase or lease of property, discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and engage in strategic planning.

The board’s regular monthly meeting, open to the public and press, is set for 7:45 p.m. that day.
