COLUMBUS

Jack Edward Collins, 57, of Columbus, died at 11 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at his residence.

Survivors include his son, Benjamin Collins of Columbus; companion, Angie Barnett of Columbus; and sister, Cheryl Nicely of Lake City, Florida.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Edward Wooddell officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
