Seymour’s annual Ride of Silence will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The bicycle ride, which is less than 10 miles, will begin at Trinity United Methodist Church, 333 S. Chestnut St. There is no fee to enter.

Riders are encouraged not to speak during the ride to honor people who have been killed or injured while cycling. A hearse from Burkholder Funeral Chapel will lead the ride as a reminder to motorists and cyclists to be cautious when sharing the road.
