Holli Brooks and Dakota Mullins, both of Seymour, are the parents of a newborn, Karter J. Mullins.

Born April 17, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, he weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Robert Brooks and Amber Tipton, both of Seymour, Traci (Tim) Seavy of Lebanon and the late Mickey Mullins of Florida.
