NORTH VERNON

Paul A. “Ray” Silvers, 74, of North Vernon died Saturday, May 13, 2017, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Survivors include his wife, Dora Silvers of North Vernon; sons, Tim (Rita) Horn and Tony Horn, all of North Vernon, Gary Silvers of Indianapolis and Terry (Sherry) Horn of Rushville; a daughter, Connie Silvers of Somerset, Kentucky; a brother, William Silvers of Delta, Kentucky; a sister, Thelma Jones of Brownsburg; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Silvers.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Brother Ulanda Price officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
