MILLVILLE, N.J. — Authorities say a teenage girl suffered head injuries when she fell out of a moving vehicle.

The accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. Saturday in Millville.

Police say the 17-year-old girl was a passenger in a Jeep. She was flown to a hospital, but her name and further details on her condition have not been disclosed.

It’s not clear what caused the girl to fall out of the vehicle.

Authorities say no charges have been filed, but the matter remains under investigation.
