The next meeting of the Helping Others and Praying for Everyone, or HOPE, group is set for 6 p.m. Monday at Brownstown Church of the Nazarene, 616 W. Commerce St.

The guest speaker will be Officer John Reichenbacker with the Brownstown Police Department, who will talk about the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program and give information on some of the things law enforcement officers see and deal with each day. There will be time for open discussion.

The meetings are open to the public.
