Jerry Lynn Tuell, 54, of Austin passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at his home.

Born Aug. 3, 1962, in Seymour, he was the son of Jesse Elsworth and Shirley Ann Mize Tuell, both of whom preceded him in death. On May 30, 2017, after 32 years of being together, Jerry married the love of his life, Sharon K. Bush. She survives.

He had worked at Cerro Wire in Crothersville for 23 years and was a member of Paris Crossing Christian Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing and spending time with family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandson, Quentin Tuell.

Other survivors include his children, Vickie (Mark) Knoll of Scottsburg, Herman Curtis Eldridge of Crothersville, Jason Arlie Eldridge of Crothersville and Steven Joe (Kellie) Tuell of Crothersville; siblings, Carol (Bill) Foster of West Plains, Missouri, Sandra S. Hoard and Terry Lee (Joyce) Mize, all of Seymour, and Rhadonda “Donna” (Mark Barger) Smallwood of Crothersville; mother-in-law, Elsie Bowman of Jennings County; and 11 grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Patricia Ann Rigdon, John Elsworth Tuell, Beatrice Jeannie Miller and Charles Richard Tuell; grandson, Mark Duane Knoll; and his father-in-law, Garland Bowman.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre in Seymour.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday.
