Cynthia “Cindy” Gail Phillips, 60, of Seymour passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.

Born Aug. 22, 1956, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Ferrell “Buck” Jones and Lorene Keller Lafferty, both of whom survive.

She was a member of Full Gospel Apostolic Church in Ewing.

Other survivors include two brothers, Ray Jones and Jeffery Jones; a sister, Susan (Don) Basil; a sister-in-law, Debbie Jones; her stepfather, Max Lafferty; and three nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight, and a brother, Paul Jones.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Voss & Sons Funeral Service with the Rev. Samuel Allman officiating. Cremation will follow at the funeral home crematory.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Friday.
