RICHMOND, Va. — One woman is dead after police say four young people were shot during a fight in Virginia.

Media outlets report that the shooting happened Thursday night at an apartment complex in Richmond.

Police say officers responding to a report of a fight found two men and two women suffering from gunshot wounds. They say one woman died; the other victims’ injuries didn’t appear to be life-threatening.

Police identified the woman who died as 18-year-old Jacquesha Clanton.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Clanton put public posts and live videos on Facebook. The newspaper says the posts appeared to show Clanton and her friends taunting a person Clanton expected to fight.

Deputy Police Chief Steve Drew says the other victims are young, but he didn’t immediately know their ages.
