The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the Seymour hospital, 411 W. Tipton St.

The purpose of the session, closed to the public and press, is to receive information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct; discuss strategy related to initiating litigation or litigation that is either pending or that has been specifically threatened in writing; to discuss the job performances of individual employees; and engage in strategic planning.

The board’s regular monthly meeting, open to the public and press, is set for 8 p.m. that day.
