Indiana Department of Transportation’s contractor for removing and replacing the State Road 58 bridge at Bee Creek southwest of Freetown has pushed back the closure at the site — located three miles west of State Road 135 — to June 26.

At that time, motorists will be detoured via State Road 446, U.S. 50 and State Road 135. The closure is expected to continue for up to 150 days.

HIS Constructors is the state’s contractor for this $954,355 two-bridge project.
