To the editor:

In response to the recent articles written by Mr. Don Hill, I must make a comment.

How refreshing and right on target! How unfortunate this world does not have more people with Mr. Hill’s attitude and terrific sense of humor.

What a better place it would be. I do need to inform Mr. Hill that the weather gal in Evansville was Marcia Yockey, and she was the meteorologist for 35 years, and I dare say I had to watch her on TV every night.

She passed away Sept. 28, 2000, at the age of 77. Thank you, Mr. Hill, and please keep on writing.
