The Columbus City Band will perform its annual patriotic concert at 2 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Park, 121 E. Walnut St., Brownstown, across from the Jackson County Courthouse.

The concert, sponsored by the Brownstown Fund for the Arts, will be at the pavilion, and a new shade screen will be in place to protect concertgoers from the sun.

The band is led by Steve McGrew of Seymour and includes several other Jackson County musicians.
