NORTH VERNON

Caroline Elizabeth Lewis of North Vernon was born at 4:08 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, and died at 6:28 p.m. the same day at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Survivors include her father and mother, Patrick and Macy Lewis. Her twin brother, Jack Weston Lewis, also was born and died Thursday.

A private funeral service will take place at Garland Brook Cemetery.
