NORTH VERNON

Jack Weston Lewis was born at 10:09 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, and died at 11:39 p.m. the same day at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Survivors include his mother and father, Patrick and Macy Lewis.

He was preceded in death by his twin sister, Caroline Elizabeth Lewis, who was born and died Thursday.

A private funeral service will take place at Garland Brook Cemetery.
