Three area residents were among 239 students who received Bachelor of Arts degrees during Hanover College’s 184th annual commencement May 27 at The Point on the college’s campus.

The graduates and their degrees and parents are:

Olivia Nicole Robinett, a kinesiology and integrative physiology major and the daughter of David Lee and Lisa Robinett of Crothersville.

Taryn Laurette Mayer, a theater and Spanish major and the daughter of Bryce Mayer and Roberta Mayer of North Vernon.

Mackenzie Veronica Harvey, a biology major and the daughter of James and Tracy Harvey of Seymour.

Hanover College was founded in 1827 and is the oldest private four-year college in the state.
