SUFFOLK, Va. — A fire in Suffolk has displaced nine residents, but nobody was injured in the blaze.

First responders arrived at the scene at about 2 a.m. on Monday and evacuated residents of the building. Multiple firetrucks responded to the scene, and the blaze was under control about 30 minutes later.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
