CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A time capsule dedication and dinner featuring the current and former mayors will mark the 150th anniversary of Wyoming’s capital city next month.

The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports (http://bit.ly/2tEQdpA ) city officials are still seeking additional ideas for how to commemorate Cheyenne’s sesquicentennial.

Events will take place Aug. 7-12.

The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce will host a dinner with Mayor Marian Orr and five past mayors who will discuss the city’s past, present and future Aug. 7.
