Gamma Phi chapter of Tri Kappa recently announced the results of the 2016-17 season of the charity euchre program.

Delbert and Alberta Tormoehlen were first overall, followed by Marsha Jane Waskom and Karen Zike.

Other first-place finishers were Pat Klosterman and Ron Krumme, Frank and Terrie Lahrman, Mark and Marie Harmon, Joyce Lucas and Janet Myers, Janet Myers and Betty Chastain, Brett and Debbie Quillen, Les and Betty Tormoehlen, Kathy Rebber and Tammie Wright, Karen Zike and Terrie Lahrman, Henry and Molly Rieckers and Melba Darlage and Cathy Stuckwisch.

Second-place finishers were Norma Pollert and Mary Lou Stockamp and Wilma Benter and Marilyn Stuckwisch (tied), Marian Rochner and Margy Hayes, Norma Pollert and Mary Lou Stockamp, Jerry and Karen Zike, Terry and Carla Ault, Tom and Marcia Snyder, Joyce Lucas and Marilyn Blevins, Brent and Sandy Kilgas, Marilyn Stuckwisch and Grace Stuckwisch, Tracie Kimmet and Stephanie Ulrey, LuAnn Fisher and Leslie Meyer, James and Katrina Miller and Marlene Schuerman and Beulah Pottschmidt.

The charity euchre program supports local scholarships, Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health and the hospital’s cheer guild, local nursing homes, Hoosier Art Salon, Adopt-a-Spot and the state Gifted and Talented program. The monies raised also go to local charities and cultural and education programs.
