BUTLERVILLE

William E. LaFlower Sr., 85, of Butlerville, died Monday, July 3, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Survivors include his son, William E. LaFlower II of Southport; daughter, Annette (Floyd Morrow) Holmes of Butlerville; sister, Sonda Filson of Modesto, California; a granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen LaFlower; and granddaughter.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery, with military graveside rites by members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Matt Hester Post 2021.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
